A sought-after speaker and high-performance executive coach, Chris has presented in over 23 countries, sharing the stage with the likes of James Clear (of Atomic Habits), Ginni Rometty (former CEO of IBM), and his personal favourite Leslie Odom Jr (of Broadway’s Hamilton).

Chris has been the performance coach to more than 500 senior leaders from top organizations such as Apple, Starbucks, Novartis, IBM, ING Bank, Intel, Adidas, Boeing, Rio Tinto, the U.S. Special Forces, the NFL’s Oakland Raiders, and the Gates Medical Research Foundation, plus many more.

In 2020, Chris was inducted into the Marshall Goldsmith Top 100 Coaches - a group of the leading coaches, authors, and business thinkers from across the globe.

Drawing on his diverse background as a former athlete, coach, and trainer, Chris’ passion for high performance empowers his clients to cultivate behaviours that lead to greater performance, improved resilience, upgraded mental agility, and overall leadership effectiveness.

Chris & his family have recently returned to settle in Brisbane, Australia, after 10 years living in Southern California, serving in his former role as Global Head of Performance Coaching at TIGNUM - the world leaders in Sustainable Human Performance.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Coaching Science from the University of Canberra, Australia. As an Australian he naturally loves all things outdoors and views this as an integral part of his personal recovery time.
